5308 64 visual studio 2005 setup dies prerequisite inst

I'm able to install VS2005 under 5308-32, but not under 5308-64 using Administrator account with a clean system temp folder. Has anybody else installed it successfully (first time? :) on 5308-64?

It deffo. works on x86 formats though - mine's running and had no errors or anything :o)
